A reminder of Policies in Place at Árdíri Winery:

OPENING WINE CLUB SHIPMENT BOTTLES AT THE WINERY TASTING ROOM:

Opening wine club bottles at the winery has never been allowed as a policy; however, this policy has not always been followed by previous staff members.  Please be aware that shipment bottles are to be enjoyed at home and not at the winery.  A $25 corkage fee will be assessed if wine club members insist on opening their shipment bottles in the tasting room. There will be no substitutions for free tastings or wine club pickups.

DOGS AND CHILDREN:

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission has warned that no one under the age of 21 is allowed in the tasting room where alcohol is served.  Consequently, customers who arrive with children will be limited to areas outside the tasting room.  Reminder:  Our license to operate the tasting room is governed by the OLCC.

Dogs are welcome but must remain leashed at all times.  The Oregon Health Department has warned that dogs cannot enter the tasting room but can remain outside the tasting room, preferably at picnic tables or other outside areas.

LARGE GROUPS AND TIME LIMITATIONS:

Table service and occupying of a table, either inside the tasting room or in the picnic area, is limited to two hours unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

  • Groups of 7 or more require approval and reservations
  • Groups of seven or more are welcome; however, a gratuity of 20% will be assessed on all final purchases. Single credit card only; no splitting.
  • 2-Hour time limit
  • A service fee may be charged depending on the size of the group
  • A spokesperson for group is recommended to minimize confusion and chaos.
